Recently, Operation Management Dept of the Company led the establishment of inspection team which carried out night construction safety inspection on the screened or shielded door project of Metro Line 2 (Chongwenmen Station). The company's chief financial officer Wang Xinjiang participated in the safety inspection.
The inspection team conducted a comprehensive investigation of hidden risks on the construction site, including the operating environment, machinery and equipment. For safety risks found, the communication and feedback was made with the project department, and assistance was rendered in developing management measures and solutions. The project department was required to implement the rectification measures and ensure the safety of construction.
During the inspection, Wang Xinjiang gave a comprehensive advice on work from safety, quality to construction progress: First, the project department should attach great importance to safety work as well as coordination of safety with other work. Second, the leadership responsibility system should be fully implemented and the following pattern of safety work formed: Each Person Has Clear Responsibility and Each Task Shall Be Well Done. Third, it is required to strengthen and improve the process of quality control, do a good job in safety and quality management, and prevent various types of accidents.
This safety inspection reflects great importance attached by the Company’s leadership to safety work, while playing a supervisory and facilitating role on safety work of the project department, so laying a solid foundation to ensure the smooth construction of the project.
